Individual Coaching
Coaching can be a great way to 'clear out the muck' and clarify what's really important. Together we can imagine what it means to live and work in ways that are fulfilling and purpose-driven. We will take a look at things through different lenses and try on different choices and ways of being. We will also focus on better understanding the actions and emotions that drive us and on creating systems of accountability to stay focused and on track.
Individual coaching can focus on:
Creating a vision for career, family and personal life
Exploring and embarking on a new career path
Stepping into a role of greater leadership or responsibility
Starting up or growing a business or project
Strengthening interpersonal communication skills
Balancing work, family and life responsibilities
Growing and tapping into your network
Honing leadership skills
Coping with stress
Prioritizing and managing time
Preparing for interviews and presentations
Polishing resumes, cover letters and business communications
How it works
Individual coaching sessions usually take place 30, 45 minutes or 1 hour every week or every other week. I do most of my individual coaching by phone or video conference, so I can work with you no matter where you live. If you live or work in Brooklyn, I am open to in-person meetings at your request.
Getting started
The process begins with a 30-minute initial phone consultation at no charge. We’ll discuss what brings you to coaching, how the coaching can be structured, and fees. The main purpose of the initial consultation is to see if we’re a good fit as client and coach.
Contact me by email or phone to schedule our first conversation, or book online using my client calendar.
