I coach people privately and in organizations and companies. My clients are of all ages and from all walks of life. Many are looking for more. They want to be more effective, more productive, and to make choices that are more aligned with the impact they want to have on the job and in their lives.
I came to coaching and consulting because I enjoy having honest conversations with people about what really matters to them. Through attentive listening and reflection, I help clients clarify their purpose, tap into their strengths, try out new actions, and design a better path forward.
My mission is to shine a light on what’s true.
I earned a B.A. in English from Oberlin College, a Master’s in Public Administration from New York University, and a certification in Executive-level Management from the Columbia University School of Business. I earned my coaching certification from the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), one of the oldest and most highly-regarded institutes in the world.
I am a proud Brooklynite and mother to two bright, empathetic daughters. I lead a full and meaningful life and have navigated big life and career transitions. I am familiar with feelings of being uncertain, wanting more, and stretching myself to create work and life that is purposeful and fulfilling.
